Evening All,
This blog hasn’t seen much action in the last couple of months but now that September is nearing and the prospect of returning to UCA and the studios draws ever nearer I thought it was about time that I wrote a new entry for you to digest where ever or whenever that may me. When semester one ended I left having passed each of the three units assigned feeling happy yet determined to improve the marks and therefore the quality of work that I will produce upon my return to the course. In order to do improve and secure the skills acquired in the first semester. Not having a camera that would reflect the quality that could be instantly accomplished with the cameras sitting idly waiting for us use upon our return I thought that I would focus on pre writing stages and then writing a few short scripts to explore some of the ideas knocking around in my mind. Admittedly I haven’t managed to get as much done as I would have liked to but before you condemn me for being lazy let me present my defence. Film making is the art of storytelling from the point coming up with an idea to deciding how it should look has to be down to how the film maker transfers the event in their life into the films they make. So that’s what I’ve been doing over this summer LIVING!
