I have been in contact with the people that run the Stepping Stone Studios. Stepping Stone Studios is primarily an art gallery in my home town of Maidstone set up and driven to promote aspiring and established artists in Kent. However I have been in contact with them due to finding out that they are looking to hold a week long film festival with screenings, amateur film making competition and exhibits. Today I went for my first meeting with Emma who I guess is in charge of admin. She told me a little more about their plans and invited me to meet the rest of the team next Tuesday.
